  4. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟMeasure the width: Take the measuring tape or ruler and place it horizontally across the widest part of your nail bed. This is typically the area where your natural nail ends and the skin begins. Make a note of the measurement in millimeters or inches.
  5. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟMeasure the length: Position the measuring tape or ruler vertically along the center of your nail bed, starting from the cuticle and extending toย the free edge. Again, record the measurement in millimeter.

So, once you have discovered your sizes, please select "sizing kit information" and enter each finger sizes in the comment section. ย These handmade sets are made to order, and it is recommended you file or cut for sizing if needed. Also shape nail bed so you can be able to have your perfect fit.

Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, your choice of adhesive, and your daily use. The key to longer wear time is prepping your nails with the supplies included, and avoiding long term exposure to water and manual labor. It is not unusual to pop gems, but take care when wearing your delicate art. Nails are not tools.

DOUBLE SIDED GEL TABS(not supplied )can hold anywhere from 1-3 days and are perfect for temporary wear and special occasions.ย WITH GLUE, your nails can last anywhere up to 2 weeks or longer! Never continue to wear nails that are lifting as it can become a source for bacteria to breed. Remove lifting nails, then clean and dry before reapplying nails.

YES! All handmade nails are reusable. Your nails are made with Extension Gel or Poly Gel, they are strong and more durable than the Gel X nails. Gel X nails are based with 4 to 5 layers of gel Polish only.

Gel-X isย a "soft extension," meaning it artificially lengthens your nails but still feels flexible, not hard, plastic-y, and molded from, as the name says, gel. This is an iteration of the same material that you would get during a typical gel appointment, made from a blend of acrylic monomers and oligomers.

Polygel isย a hybrid nail polish formula originally created for nail techniciansย (although there are now at-home kits on the market). It offers the best qualities of acrylics andย gel nails. Essentially, it's a nail enhancement made with a clear gel that can be used to give you the perfect set.

Prep your nails with the items included with your order


1: Clean and dry your hands and nails
2: Push back cuticles
3: Clip or file and shape natural nails (optional)
4: Take your buffer and lightly buff the shine from your natural nail
5: Use included alcohol wipes to dehydrate the nail beds
6: FIRST DRY FIT NAILS TO ENSURE PROPER FIT. Using the glue stick provided, glue nails on one by one, pressing and holding for 15-30 seconds to ensure hold
7: Avoid water for the next hour

Substitute your favorite glue that works best with your body chemistry.ย

You can remove nails permanently by clipping, filing, & soaking in acetone. ย **your custom set will NOT BE REUSABLE USING THIS METHOD.ย 

Removing & Reusing your Flex Press

Be patient and gentle when removing your press ons so you can protect your natural nails, and preserve your set!ย 

Itโ€™s not recommended to attempt removing newly glued nails. To remove nails, soak hands in warm water solution of soap and natural oil. Soak for a good 20-30 mins or until you have lifting. Using the included nail removal tool, slide the pointy flat side around the edges of your nails, gently lifting the edges. NEVER PULL OR RIP your press on OFF. If you experience discomfort stop immediately and try soaking your hands longer, before trying again. It is important that you never force a nail off, as this can damage your natural nails/nail plate.ย 

Processing for each set varies, however all hand made sets are made with love and time.

Processing time on made to order sets is 5 to 7 business days to process your order. Shipping 3-5 days depending on your location in the USA. A rush order fee is an option for your order to be processed in 1-3 business days, shipping varies on location.

Expected shipping times does NOT include processing time. These are two completely different things. Processing is the time in which your order will be made and shipping is the time it takes to get to you after your order has been processed (made)


Orders placed after 4 P.M. Pacific Standard Time will be received in my studio the following business day. Your custom nails are hand made to order, and processed in the order received. We may have around 100 nailย sets to complete, before we arrive at your order in my queue. ย For quicker processing consider purchasing a "Rush" order.

SHIPPING is determines by USPS/UPS shipping time tables.

3D nail art can make nails a bit more delicate than those with out charms, gems, pearls or beads. These nails are special occasion nails and should be treated as such. Meaning, try not to drag the face of your nails as this may chip, wear, or even pop any 3D art. Some 3D nail art is by nature more vulnerable to wear/tarnish than others. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL .ย Due to each nail being handmade we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case or products delivered in damaged state). If so, emailย richflexpress@gmail.com and include an picture of the damaged product and shipment packaging.

No Refund Policy

We will NOT issue any refund under the following circumstances.ย

  • Refused delivery or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts

  • Receiver moved to a new address

To receive a full refund for your return order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
